MD-WCAA "Bosom Buddies" Event

Talk about a satisfying afternoon! On March 14th the MD Chapter of the WCAA got together for a "Sip 'N Sew" chapter meeting, graciously hosted by Lydia Cress at her spacious workroom in Westminster, MD. We brought fabric remnants, machines, scissors, pins, and lots of enthusiasm to spend the afternoon creating "Bosom Buddy" pillows for Breast Cancer Survivors. The Rowley Company generously donated filling for the pillows. At day's end, we had 50 pillows completed to donate to a truly worthwhile cause!
